Our bathroom was the original bathroom that was built with the home. It was small, dark, dated, and definitely in need of a major makeover. We were looking for a new, fresh design that would open up the space.

Thank you Brian and Jody for your comments on this project. It’s always good to hear how the project went from the homeowner’s point of view. Since we worked together previously on your kitchen, powder bath, and mudroom remodel, we had gotten to know each other well, understanding each other’s thought process.

For the Master Bath, it is sometimes amazing what can be accomplished with some simple changes. Thank you for listening to our options, and thinking them through. It allowed us to end up with the very best spaces created just for you.

Taking out an old acrylic tub/shower combo allowed us to remove a full-height wall between the stool and the new walk-in shower. The custom glass enclosure in turn allowed (as you mentioned) natural light to flow thru the entire shower room, making that part of the space much more inviting. And simple changes to your vanity cabinetry made that much more useful and comfortable to be in that space.
